The studio

A studio for couples who want the day to feel like theirs.

Down to the last hour of it. We take a small number of weddings and events each year and run them end to end — design, venues, vendors, hospitality, logistics, budgets — from the first conversation to the archive we hand you afterwards.

We work across India, most often in the south. And we would rather anticipate something than solve it in front of you.

A wedding is one afternoon and a year of decisions.

Here is how that year goes when we run it.

The first conversation

An hour, no slides. You describe the day you keep picturing, and we tell you plainly what it will take to build it.

Finding the room

We walk sites before you do. By the time you see three, we know which one survives rain, which one photographs at dusk, and which one your grandmother can cross without help.

The year in between

Contracts, tastings, a floor plan that changes six times. This is the part nobody photographs, and it is most of the work.

The day

Two of us are on site from six in the morning. After that, nobody brings you a single question. You are a guest at your own wedding.

What you keep

You get the archive: every vendor contact, the final floor plan, every number we settled. You will want the florist’s name again eventually, and we will still have it.

The founders

Two people run this studio. You will meet both.

Issentia is small on purpose. Whoever answers your first email is one of the two who are on site at six in the morning.

With a natural eye for design and a deep appreciation for sustainable practices, she transforms a client’s vision into thoughtfully conceived spaces and experiences. At Issentia Events, she leads the creative direction of each celebration while working closely with clients, guiding the team, and ensuring that every detail—from the first concept to on-ground execution—comes together with intention.

What sets her apart is the relationship she builds along the way. Manasvi believes in working with her clients as she would with family—listening patiently, understanding the details that matter, and being present through every stage of the journey.

Her organized nature and calm approach bring structure to the complexity of wedding planning, while her instinct to push those around her to reach their fullest potential ensures that the team grows and shines together.

She founded Issentia Events from a fascination with the wedding industry and a desire to create celebrations that are not simply beautiful, but meaningful, considered, and entirely their own.

Satvik believes that exceptional experiences are built in the details most people never notice.

With a sharp eye for detail and a natural instinct for leadership, he oversees the operational and strategic side of Issentia Events—from finances and vendor relationships to client coordination and the many moving parts behind a seamless celebration. His focus is to understand what each client needs, anticipate what they may not have considered, and ensure that every expectation is met with impeccable hospitality.

He considers himself both the brain and nervous system of Issentia—thinking ahead, connecting the dots, and taking care of the details that often go unseen, so that every celebration feels effortless from the outside. For him, wedding planning is not simply about execution; it is about creating a journey where clients feel confident, cared for, and certain that they are in the right hands.

Issentia is a platform for Satvik to channel his instinctive leadership and forward-thinking vision into experiences that are both ambitious and deeply personal. He brings confidence, clarity, and precision to every interaction, while pushing his team towards outcomes that go beyond what was initially imagined.

His philosophy is simple: when every detail is taken care of, the experience becomes extraordinary.

We take on a handful of weddings a year.
